Prenatal Services
Prenatal education and preparation are key to achieving your desired birthing outcome. From support on your fertility journey to childbirth preparation classes, my prenatal services will help you prepare for birth and baby!

Childbirth Preparation Class, $325

Receive in-home childbirth preparation classes from a certified educator. Lessons are tailored to your areas of interest and learning style. Each class is a total of 16 hours and can be scheduled into 8 two-hour classes or 4 four-hour classes.


Breast/Chestfeeding

Preparation Class, $75

This three hour, in-home breast/chestfeeding class is great for first-time and veteran parents alike. Topics include lactation, production, alternative feeding, latch, holds, weaning, and more.


Perinatal Nutrition

Education Class, $75

Learn about nutrition's impact on fertility, pregnancy, birth and postpartum with this two hour class taught by a certified perinatal nutrition educator. Class includes tasting menu that can be tailored to any food allergies/preferences.


All Three Classes, $425

Save $50 when you book all three prenatal classes.

Antepartum Doula Support

Antepartum Support is for expectant parents on bed-rest and can include...
  • light housework
  • cooking and/or meal prep
  • looking after children
  • running errands
  • physical and emotional support
Per hour Antepartum Support is available 7 days a week from 8am-8pm at a rate of $15/hour, plus $5 per child under 10.

Fertility Support is available at a rate of $85/month


Adoption Support can include...

  • emotional support via phone or email
  • monthly in-person visits
  • holding space for you to share your hopes and fears
Adoption Support is available at a rate of $45/month
